my name is charles webster baer and this is my life story .
I was born and raised in santa cruz california . I am 40 years old . I went to high school in newport , rhode island . in 1994 I graduated from the university of hawaii at hilo on the big island . in 1995 I went to santa fe , new mexico to work on journalism . in 1999 I moved to portland , oregon .
I have never been married and I dont have any kids .
in the year 2000 I created gig . gig is global internet government . gig is where I think the world media will arrive at in the 2020's . every since I created gig I have been working to improve it and promote it . I really feel that gig is the best way for my species to survive this millennium .
I moved to bend oregon in 2007 and I plan on staying here for a very long time . I cant ever rule out moving back to hilo or santa cruz or moving to australia .
I will spend the next few years , at least , pushing gig forward . the progress over the first decade has been very slow , but as long as it moves forward , that means its moving , and its moving in the right direction . so as long as gig is moving forward I will continue to support and assist it .
I like to surf , snowboard , paint , sleep , eat , and get shot down by women at bars .
Im working on a book about gig that should be published before 2018 .
2010 looks to be a very mellow and relaxing year as well as a productive one for me and I hope you as well .
